The IT Business Data Analyst will play a crucial role within the data & analytics for Global Operations and Supply Chain – IT - Operations and Innovation Team. This position focuses on leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights across multiple teams. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilising advanced analytics tools to transform data into meaningful insights that enhance operational efficiency and business growth. This position will report to IT Platform Manager for Digital Shop Floor / Ops&Innovation located in Costa Rica. The chosen candidate will have to opportunity to contribute in global programs within IT Ops& Innovation Portfolio which is a great opportunity to learn and develop new skills **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** 1. Understand, map and document business requirement into functional and technical specifications for data analytics design and build 2. Extract, clean, and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders. 4. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes and provide actionable recommendations. 5. Participate full in end to end testing for all Data Analytics products 6. Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. 7. Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports. **8.** Act as a subject matter expert on business intelligence tools and best practices within the finance function **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
