About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven Business Development / Account Manager with solid experience in the IT / ITO, Managed Services industry to lead our international growth and manage high-value client accounts.

This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, building strategic relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT/ITO, Managed Services across global markets. Develop and execute go-to-market plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activity. Lead the end-to-end cycle from prospecting and proposal development to deal closure. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between client goals and company solutions. Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across financial institutions, insurance companies, and fintech firms. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services or solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet industry-specific requirements. Ensure that service delivery complies with relevant financial regulations, data protection laws, and contractual obligations. Deliver progress reports, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts to drive incremental revenue.
