Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Business Operations 3 in Beaverton, OR. Duties Include: * IT Business Operations will partner and align with internal teams (i.e., Finance, Legal, HR), telecom carriers, and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmaps * Core competency in Wireless Mobility Services (i.e., Mobile phones/tables, plans, features and technical knowledge) * Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and services * Write knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility services * Communicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needs * Serve as an escalation point for customers * Analyze and implement efficient IT process * Gather feedback from end users to continue process improvement * Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiatives * Accountable for providing accurate project estimates, tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globally * Keep abreast of technology trends and developments * Work will include managing ticket queue in ServiceNow * As an IT Business Operation, you will be updating and maintaining knowledge based articles * Actioning telecom requests (carrier changes, line transfers, etc.) * Working with telecom vendor partner(s) to review optimization reports and make recommendations
