As an IT Business Partner, you will be part of a team which builds a cross functional network of trust that thrives on collaboration and innovation, with the goal to deliver world-class solutions. You will work with team members across a given business value chain (i.e. Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Record to Report…)  to identify, scope, define and document opportunities for transformation resulting in improved process execution and greater profitability for the company. This role is part of the IT Business Relationship Management team and will help ensure the successful adoption and use of technology within the company.

What you will do

The IT Business Partner will

Engage with functional teams in assigned domain to analyze business processes and systems identifying areas for improvement

Connect the functional teams to the technologies they use

Define and document requirements related to new initiatives

Enact change within the organization through process engineering or technology adoption

Identify and leverage opportunities for innovation within the business and IT

Initiate and help deliver technology enabled transformation efforts

Document business processes and the underlying technologies

Validate the quality of deliverables and work with functional users to ensure requirements are met

Design IT solutions in conjunction with technical resources that meet business needs

Lead proof of concept efforts, and the development of wireframes, and models for user review

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years professional, 2 years' experience as an IT Business Partner

Good communicator, able to work productively with people of varied backgrounds and levels of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Computer Science; master’s degree a plus

Preferred Years of Experience: 7 years of work experience with at least 3 as an IT Business Partner

IIBA or other business analyst certifications

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below.  The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

 

•                 $108,800 - $163,200
