As a Senior IT Business Partner for Advanta within IT GX XS BPD BPP, you will report directly to the Head of IT XS BPD and play a strategic role in driving business transformation through technology. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep process expertise, strong technical acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise business structures.

Your impact  

Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective IT solutions. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams. Leading strategic consulting efforts by guiding and supporting the implementation of new or enhanced services and solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and IT capabilities. Driving business alignment by maintaining continuous communication with business management to identify, assess, and prioritize demands at both tactical and strategic levels, ensuring that IT solutions address critical business objectives. Monitoring and enhancing IT services based on business feedback and industry best practices. Championing IT-driven innovations while ensuring alignment with governance frameworks. Bridging the gap between IT and business leadership by translating complex technical topics into actionable insights. 

Your Profile

You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Long years of extensive experience in IT Business Partner Management, Service Management, or related fields. Strong stakeholder management, customer focus, conflict resolution, and design thinking capabilities. A proven track record in business transformation, process re-engineering, and large-scale IT initiatives. The ability to thrive both independently and within cross-functional teams. A commitment to continuous learning and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
