IT Business / Process Analyst

The Opportunity
Chubb is looking for an IT Business/Process Analyst professional to join our EMEA team. This is a permanent full-time position and a compelling opportunity to join a global, growing, financially stable and successful company. Responsibilities: 

•Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas of improvement and efficiency

•Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations and increase organizational effectiveness

•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs

•Managing and prioritizing Product Backlog

•Conduct research and perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues affecting business processes

•Design and implement business process models, workflows, and diagrams to visually represent current and future states

•Work closely with IT teams to develop and configure software applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements

•Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to educate and engage teams in process improvement initiatives

•Perform cost-benefit analysis and recommend solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity

•Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives, including measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports to management

•Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.

•Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends related to business process analysis.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. 

• Guru of project and software lifecycles, with an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools 

• Agile working experience 

• Working knowledge/exposure for Waterfall Methodology 

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence 

• Ability to think in an unexpected way and come up with creative solutions 

• A lover of spreadsheets and passionate about tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excalidraw etc. 

• Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English 

• Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from our outstanding mentors
