Summary

The IT Business Relationship Manager serves as a strategic bridge between the IT Applications team and various business units within the Sapporo-Stone Brewing organization. This role's primary goal is to develop and enhance the IT function to ensure that solutions, strategies, and initiatives, particularly the organization's ERP and related applications, align with overall business objectives and deliver desired outcomes. As a trusted advisor, the IT BRM will provide technology expertise and insights to drive business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency. Additionally, this role will be crucial in leading the implementation of a cloud-based ERP solution, Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), acting as the project manager with support from external partners.  


Responsibilities

Establish and maintain robust partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization, acting as their main point of contact for IT requirements and promoting collaboration between IT and business teams Lead the implementation of ERP solution, Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, acting as the project manager to prepare, launch, implement, and ensure continued success across the organization Maintain and monitor ERP implementation project plan, including timelines, deliverables, communication, risk mitigation, and overall organization support to ensure goals and objectives are met  Actively engage with business leaders to understand their technological needs, partner with the IT Applications team in developing ROI and business cases to support IT investments, help prioritize based on business value and ensure benefits realization Develop and oversee a decision-making framework and process to manage demand and project prioritization across the organization  Lead digital transformation efforts leveraging modern technologies to boost operational efficiency Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, including understanding the Microsoft D365 F&O roadmap, offer technical advice and guidance to business partners, and help develop IT roadmaps that align with the organizational strategy Lead or engage in IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and seamless integration of technology Facilitate change management, training, and technology adoption efforts throughout the organization Document and evaluate enterprise processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement, optimize workflows, and boost operational efficiencies Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice  Requirements


Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis in technical or business disciplines preferred Minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training in cross-functional IT project leadership experience and business relationship management functions; or equivalent combination of experience and education Background and experience overseeing ERP systems required with experience in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment preferred BRMP, PMP, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Agile project management, and other related certifications desired Exceptional ability to solve complex problems, innovate, and enhance existing processes to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness Demonstrated track record of brokering and/or facilitating technology solutions to solve business problems Must have strong business acumen with excellent communication and influential skills  Occasional travel required to other company locations/sites 

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
