Responsibilities: * IT Business Relationship Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements across platforms, including Salesforce, Dynamics GP, and integrated third-party tools * Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions * Develop technical and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives * Leverage data analytics to assess processes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders * Serve as an IT generalist, supporting and maintaining platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics GP, StarShip, Quadient tools, Office 365, and other systems and platforms * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various systems and platforms * Oversee system integrations, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and scalability * Coordinate with third-party SOC service providers to manage compliance and security initiatives * Depending on the project, act as the project lead or a key contributor * Define project scopes, set deliverables, and manage timelines for cross-functional teams * Share project updates, manage risks, and ensure successful execution of deliverables * Participate in projects such as Salesforce OMS and commerce implementations, ERP replacement, and transitioning to managed service providers for IT infrastructure, with varying levels of involvement * Develop and share project communications, including updates, requirements documentation, and stakeholder reports * Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate clear and consistent communication * Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, system configurations, and training guides; We use the platform Q.wiki, which is part of Modell Aachen, to manage and maintain processes and resources
