This position will support our IT Business Solutions team as a Summer Intern from May 2025 – August 2025 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time Internship.
In this position you will have the opportunity to: Work with Business Analysts and internal customers to develop more efficient processes and ways to use applications. Assist with IT projects. Shadow IT Business Solutions Managers to gain understanding of IT business partnership opportunities Gain understanding of Change Management methodologies Identify a process improvement project and work to execute during the internship This internship will provide hands-on experience with real-world projects while being mentored by experienced IT professionals. Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment. What do I need to be successful? Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational skills Interpersonal and communication skills Time management skills Education Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Must have an expected graduation date of August 2025 or later Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher Work Environment This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule or onsite within a manufacturing facility
