You’ll oversee the implementation and integration of Manhattan systems (SaaS WM Active) and drive connections with legacy platforms to ensure seamless logistics operations. Led by the Director, Business Solutions, this opportunity suits an experienced IT professional with strong leadership skills, extensive experience with logistics systems and integrations, and a passion for optimizing enterprise supply chain technologies. Please note this is a 15-month term position.  Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:  Lead and manage a team of IT professionals supporting logistics technology, including Systems Analysts, Developers, DBAs, and Support Specialists.Oversee implementation and support of logistics modules such as WMS, TMS, ASN, Labour Management, and Palletization.Drive integration efforts between Manhattan systems and other enterprise logistics applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to align logistics IT strategy with operational goals.Serve as Solution Owner and Process Owner for logistics-related software, actively participating in change advisory and IT planning meetings.Manage budgets for large-scale IT initiatives, partnering with executive stakeholders to prioritize projects and resources.Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies within logistics and supply chain management.We’re looking for: An experienced IT professional with five to ten years of progressive experience, including three to five years leading and managing teams.Proven leadership experience managing IT teams, including full-time staff and contractors.Deep expertise with Manhattan systems – particularly SaaS WM Active – and strong integration experience with legacy supply chain platforms.A strong understanding of logistics operations and technologies, with hands-on experience across WMS, TMS, ASN, Labour Management, and Palletization processes.Strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate tight deadlines.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and foster partnerships across diverse business and technical stakeholders.Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS deployment models is considered an asset.  Ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model. How we’ll make you feel at HomeOur Team Members enjoy life at Home with our strong culture of support and inclusion, excellent benefits, and a team that always has your back.  You will receive:  Competitive earnings opportunity. Comprehensive Benefits Program including: Health, Dental, Vision, Paramedical, Out of Country Travel Insurance, Life Insurance, Employee Family Assistance Program. Group RRSP. Discounts from our corporate retail stores. Home & Auto Insurance discounts. Competitive vacation time. Employee Discount Program through Venngo WorkPerks. Bring your unique skills, thrive with interesting and challenging work, and experience what it’s like at Home.
