IT Business Solutions Manager

Location: Moscow

Reporting to: IT Business Solutions Manager Yuriy Semenov

Role: permanent

 

 

POSITION PURPOUSE:

The role focuses on managing Power Users, defining functional requirements for the global vs local processes, testing and delivering full cycle of support activities, as well as participation in the projects to deliver new Mirapolis platform in P&C area. 

The role holds deep knowledge & expertise in P&C processes and Mirapolis or similar platforms.

The position is focused on standardization and optimizing business processes in JTI Russia+, implementation of local solution, also ensuring that the available global BTS solutions continues to run in compliant ways.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

End-to-end industry solution knowledge and integration for core business processes, aligning operational leaders of relevant functions.  Service delivery: responsible to track, influence and maximise the quality of any/all IT services in his/her process area(s). Ensuring service delivery of IT solutions remain compliant, governance of- and compliance to IT policies and procedures (some directly linked to successful financial- and J-SOX audits). Integration point of Business Processes (Global Reference Model) and Information Technology (One Change Management) to coordinate value generation, that complies with restrictions, JTI operating guidelines - BAP, Memo.

 

YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL:

Strong  project management skills. Experienced in vendor management. Expertise in P&C processes is an advantage. Upper-Intermediate English. Good comminication skills. Proactive approach.
