Job Description
As a IT Business System Analyst (SAP Engineer to Order – ETO) and member of an Agile Capability Team, you will design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP based on requirements/projects from the ETO business. You will support all ETO applications and interfaces and understand the end-to-end ETO process used by Rockwell Automation teams. You will make sure there is consistency of the ETO process by all Rockwell Automation teams that use ETO.
You will also help with production issues encountered by the ETO business to resolve them.
Reporting to a Technical Leader
Your Responsibilities:You will design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP codes and test new ETO BU solutions.You will support current ETO applications, interfaces and WRICEFS.You will support teams and development as related to end-to-end ETO process.You will support new business requiring ETO process.You will work with ETO business personnel to identify our needs within CRM/ECCYou will help enhance applicationsyou will collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements and priorities.You will collaborate with capability team to build an Agile culture in teamsYou will coordinate with partners to understand and document functional requirements related to the end-user experienceYou will identify design problems and create usable solutionsYou will build relationships with all partners across the organizationYou will help design and implement user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needsYou will ensure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a end-user experienceThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline or equivalent relevant experienceLegal authorization to work in the US is required.
