About This Opportunity InComm is looking for a versatile IT delivery analyst to join the InComm Health Technology Team. The InComm Health Technology Team is responsible for providing technology solutions to our Medicare OTC clients and customers. The team leverages the full spectrum of the development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing. The IH IT Delivery Analyst would report directly to the VP, HealthCare Technology. You will work with stakeholders from various technology and business areas to track data and initiatives related to ongoing development work. Your role will entail a variety of responsibilities aimed at tracking metrics related to the delivery process and communicating changes with internal partners. The ideal candidate should have awareness and exposure to the software development lifecycle with knowledge of the terms and processes involved. Someone who has worked on technology or business projects in an analytical role, tracking data, metrics, status, or other involvement in program delivery. You will work closely with the IH Technology management team, IH Application Responsibilities Learn and understand the IH technology platform and associated business processes Assist in the tracking, prioritization, and communication around production issues in partnership with delivery leads Compose and distribute release notes on technology implementations for internal partners Partner with IH Application Support to compose runbooks for operational procedures Take the lead on identifying, tracking, monitoring, and analyzing trends in business growth metrics, communicating to appropriate leaders, and aligning to relevant pressure points on the technology platform Assist in the creation, updating and distribution of high-level status reports to leadership around production issues and project progress In partnership with development and product leads, track and manage development effort estimating artifacts and metrics with an eye to broader awareness, process improvement, and efficiency Track and communicate metrics, issues, plans, and action items around end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year processing, including monitoring and analyzing related data processing trends Provide occasional low-level project management on short-term initiatives Track and communication data and metrics on other development-related work as-needed and as-identified by technology team leadership Qualifications 3-4 years of experience supporting complex business or technology projects or programs are required Background or practical experience in healthcare or payments processing. Bachelor’s degree is desirable for this position An analytical mindset comfortable with spreadsheets, slide presentations, or other means of tabulating and presenting information Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are REQUIRED. Willingness to help where needed; to be flexible with work assignments and to understand and assist with the diversity of user requests. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills are also required Must be prompt, courteous and a good listener Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to efficiently manage shifting priorities is a requirement for success Professional, positive attitude with a drive for results.
