The IT Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of Eaton IT Distribution Sales in the UAE. This role involves building and strengthening business relationships with key channel partner organizations, ensuring Eaton has a proper and scalable route to the market, and meeting or exceeding channel sales revenue, profitability, partner recruitment objectives, and customer satisfaction. **What you’ll do:** + Grow the partner network in the territory by proactively recruiting new qualifying partners to achieve revenue and market share growth targets + Generate demand for Eaton UPS and related products in the market, offering the best solutions to address end-user needs with a focus on growing the channel sales pipeline and profitability + Implement Eaton Partner Programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives for partners in the territory + Facilitate product and sales training for partners’ sales and pre-sales teams + Ensure partner compliance with Eaton Distribution policies + Coordinate with Eaton support teams, including pre-sales, service, and marketing resources, to meet or exceed business objectives + Monitor local market and customer trends, as well as industry developments, and implement necessary measures accordingly + Provide accurate monthly and quarterly order forecasts to management + Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline through effective use of Salesforce and other available tools **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent industry experience + 5-7 years of experience creating and building a reseller and system integrator channel in UAE **Skills:** + Knowledge of the ICT market and relevant IT VARs and IT system integrators in the territory + Experience in selling UPS products is an advantage + Proficiency in channel management and demand creation \#LI-ST1 **What we offer** + Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry + Work in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability + Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system + Ongoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
