We are looking for an **IT Channels Sales Engineer** to join our Sales team in Egypt. **What you’ll do:** As an **IT Channels Sales Engineer** , your primary function of this role is to sell Electrical Products for Eaton DPQ Business in Egypt to team up with targeted system integrators, IT Resellers & End-users with the responsibility to manage all aspects of the customers relationship, providing sales and technical assistance in close coordination with the authorized channel partners, customers, end users and internal stakeholders. **Your key responsibilities:** + Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to ensure growth and expansion of Eaton's DPQ Electrical Products in Egypt. This includes strategies for introducing new product lines and achieving incremental growth in existing markets, as well as expanding into new markets. + Create annual action plans to meet Eaton's DPQ growth targets in Egypt. + Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales analysis reports on a monthly and weekly basis to provide management with sales results and forecasts. + Provide regular reports on market feedback, sales performance and challenges. + Offer first-line technical support to secure client design approvals, working closely with technical stakeholders on ongoing projects and opportunities. + Focus on demand creation and sales activities for Eaton IT Channel Partners, ensuring effective system integrators, and end-users engagement. + Build and maintain relationships with End-users, IT Resellers and System Integrators to achieve the desired market position for Eaton's products. + Conduct Presentation to demonstrate DPQ solutions to customers. + Manage Sell-in and Sell-out activities with the Distributors to ensure effective and timely engagement with customers. + Provide management with insights and guidance on product requirements for target markets to secure maximum market share and sustainable growth. + Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to provide customers and partners with technical knowledge ensuring the best fit for their applications, supporting the awarding of projects in a timely and reasonable commercial manners. + Collaborate internally with Marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and materials targeting the IT Resellers / SIs. + Facilitate communication and collaboration with other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory. **Qualifications:** + Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial. + 4-6 years of experience in handling System Integrators, IT Resellers & End-users with good exposure to the available market, having the responsibility to manage all aspects of customers relationship, providing sales and technical assistance in close coordination with the authorized channel partners, and internal stakeholders. **Skills:** + Electrical products instrumentation knowledge + Very good Communication and Presentation skills + PC literate \#LI-SA2 **What we offer:** + Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry. + Work in a company with commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability (Foster an inclusive culture with a strategic goal to increase a female representation including in Leadership) + Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system + Ongoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
