The core function of this role is to offer unparalleled technical support to our high-level executives operating from their homes in the Boulder, Colorado area. The successful candidate will be adept with Apple devices and will also possess proficiency in supporting Windows OS and MS Office. This role includes travel obligations for local on-site assistance and extends remote support to our field-based Sales team across the US. **Responsibilities** • Provide expert remote IT support to company executives and US remote employees. • Ensure readiness to travel on-site to Boulder for executive support as required. Seek proactive solutions to possible challenges • Manage an inventory of laptops and iPads, imaging, preparing, and shipping IT equipment to support technical issues and onboarding needs. • Streamline and optimize the onboarding experience by creating tutorials, refining documentation, and leading new hire orientations. • Create, optimize, and maintain internal SharePoint websites to enhance collaboration and presentation of company information. • Coordinate technical aspects of team meetings and townhalls. • Uncover and develop technical solutions for unique problems faced by the ELT using tools like Power Automate, Python, SharePoint framework, AI tools and more. • Deliver solutions related to new AI initiatives. • Provide SAP Concur administrative support for user issues, site optimization, intelligence reporting and more. Collaborate with finance, accounting, and HR teams to manage expense reporting. **Qualifications** **Certifications** - Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred) - A **Education Requirements** - Minimum 3-5 years of experience administering a ServiceNow platform. - Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and automation. - Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices (ITIL preferred). - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development. - Experience developing on a cloud-based platform a plus. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide). - Experience with web services and APIs for integrations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **JOIN OUR TALENT COMMUNITY** Joining our Talent Community is a great way to receive company news and updates, as well notifications on career opportunities and events that interest you!
