Able to work with the business and technical teams to document existing Business and IT processesAble to work with Process Owners to understand the existing business processes Create business and technical process requirements stories and documentsAble to resolve customer and business partner issues affirming customer service consistent with corporate and consumer expectationsAssisted to develop the Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scenarios to be used in testing based on Business Requirements.
