Detailed Job Description:

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Business Systems the ideal candidate will utilize their strong Salesforce and CPQ functional expertise and technical competencies to develop best-practice and scalable solutions that meet business owner requirements. They will partner with business owners to understand and recommend solutions for business problems, and then execute on the development and deployment of the agreed upon solution all within the Salesforce Quote to Cash environment while also providing production support for existing functionality.

Collaborate with business partners to help shape functional requirements of the quote-to-cash process Translate functional and business requirements into an actionable solution design Actively drive the overall implementation of resulting solutions, including coordinating custom development work with external consultants when needed Perform hands-on design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and CPQ development tasks Make recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to make Quote-to-cash workflows more efficient and automated
