Facilitate Scrum events such as backlog creation/grooming, prioritization, stand up meetings, estimation, showcase and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Manager to plan roadmap execution based on estimates and capacity; also identify risks to the plan. Clarify deliverables and assignments to the scrum team and remove impediments. Facilitate documenting, publishing and executing the team's continuous improvement plan (based on retrospectives). Publish the team's agile metrics to management and stakeholders. Coach and mentor the scrum team in its scrum adoption. Facilitate the documentation of working agreement, definition of ready and definition of done for the scrum team. Conduct change management – engage Product Owners, Portfolio Leads, and PMs to fulfill their individual roles. Participate and/or Lead scrum adoption practices across the organization. Metrics reporting (Predictability, Productivity and Quality/Defect density) and JIRA dashboards for scrum progress reports to be shared in status reports. Work with the scrum teams to improve metrics as necessary. Nice to have skills: Working experience of 4+ years in health insurance industry Good understanding of health insurance macro business functions and processes. Working knowledge of writing user stories, EPICS, Features.s Detailed Job Description: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business requirements Analyze business requirements and develops functional design specifications that include business rules, data mapping tables, logical flow charts, edit logic, etc. Usage of industry tools for requirement gathering, business processing modelling, defect/ CR/ Document Control tools
