Detailed Job Description:

In this role you will be working on BMC Helix operation Management and BMC Synthetics Transaction tool. Assess the tool implementation and identify the gaps. Produce and implement monitoring designs including custom monitoring scripts\Agents. Produce custom monitoring solutions for applications.

Technical Skills:

Good understanding of BMC Truesight \ BMC Helix operations management architecture. Have worked on Synthetics transaction monitoring tool. Have performed assessment of the tool implementation, provide gaps and roadmap. Have worked on Jboss \ AWS\ postgress\OEM\ WebLogic \MSSQL BMC Patrol application monitoring knowledge modules. Ability to configure \ upgrade BMC Patrol Agent and BMC Patrol application KMs. Have worked on Service now and CMDB. Ability to set up and maintain monitoring on application, troubleshoot in case of issues. Good understanding of application monitoring. Experience in modify existing or create new monitoring\ Alarm policies. Experience in troubleshooting patterns while performing discovery via the service mapping module in ServiceNow.
