Primary responsibility is to analyze and resolve incidents, making configuration changes, custom code development in LIMS, ELN and Formulation module of OpCenter RD&L suite. Ability to drive client discussions, able to communicate well with the clients. Collaborate with other team members and provide technical guidance and help to them.
