Create requirements specifications from the business needs/to - be processes defined and define detailed functional/process design based on requirements. Analyze business requirements Perform Impact analysis & contribute to functional design Functional testing, production support and offshore co-ordination Have at least 2 years of experience in Logistics domain. Participate in client discussions to understand the problems faced by the customer and Articulate the same to the internal stakeholders. Understand the AS IS process and identify the high level process/system changes. Acts as a lead in small engagements in meeting complex requirements in order to arrive at process documents, process gaps, fit gap analysis, requirements/assessment. Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process/solution/product knowledge. At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of ProcessesMinimum years of experience*: 5+
