Managing the functional technical scope of Billing, Service order, payment and accounting, customer contact, metering to address Enhancement bug fixes in the current and tobe upgraded version of Oracle Customer Care and Billing CCB product.Incident investigation, triage, diagnosis and delivery of work around and resolutions.Interaction with coreend users for requirement gathering for production issues or change requests that includes enhancements and interfaces.Analysis incidentsservice reques

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Should be able to design,build,test and deploy technical solution in Oracle CCB with proficiency in RICEReports, Interface, Conversions and Extensions Should be able to develop technical design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the package to meet requirements for projects in this area. Should be able to support infrastructure team in task related to environment patching, code deployment and CCB Security Configuration
