Person should have strong skills in UI path with Advance certifications. Last 4-5 years should be in UI Path and should be able to lead a large program from onsite. Familiar with DevOps practices and principles  Test automation scripting and unit test automation Continuous integration delivery  Working collaboratively with business analysts and process owners to implement RPA and working knowledge of the automation lifecycle
