Should have full cycle Implementation, Rollouts, Application Support as well as system integration projects experience. Experience in configuring core SAP CAR functionalities/modules like POSDTA, Omnichannel Article availability. Strong experience working within CAR and S4HANA environments UDF/DDF experience desirable Experience in integrating POS and E - commerce systems with SAP CAR Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines Assist business stakeholders understand best practices to unlock the power of SAP CAR Data Transfer Audit, OAA Fiori integration and various KPI s for better planning and execution. Configure, setup and test SAP CAR DTA, OAA and apply SAP methodologies and solutions Good cross functional experience across different SAP modules like SAP SD-FI and SAP MM-FI. Lead, coach and advise team members on SAP functional areas relevant to SAP CAR DTA and provide day-day operational oversight of tasks and responsibilities. Good experience in end-to-end financial reconciliation for detailed as well as sales receipts related to different channels. Experience in configuring omnichannel capabilities. Good experience in SAP CAR sales audit functionality and able to troubleshoot and guide business stakeholders for any transactional/interface related issues. Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career Liaise with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, perform Fit/Gap Analysis resulting in RICEFW objects, configuration, functional design of RICEFW objects, architecture, development, testing and support Drive strategies: analyze risk and options and develop recommendations to solve problems and help business stakeholders meet their needs Strong support experience with ability to triage incidents, perform root cause analysis and provide direction on resolution of incidents. Support business needs and meet SLAs for tickets.
