IT Consultant
The position forms part of the Records Management Group Support Office team and reports to June He.
The position is responsible for providing operational support, project development and implementation, business intelligence and client solutions, plus advice and oversight on all aspects of the records management business as required. It includes contributing to software and systems development and delivery, quality, liability and risk management, and audit.
This position requires frequent international travel, often at short notice and for extended periods.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Primary Activities
• Active collaboration in the rollout of Crown projects, for both internal and external deployment.
• Create and implement client solutions.
• Project planning & management.
• Change management & process improvement.
• Close collaboration with Group Support colleagues and IT department in the development and maintenance of RM systems.
• Provide innovative approach to creating solutions and contribute new ideas to the team.
• Active involvement in systems & regulatory compliance education, & enforcement.
• Site & system audits and operational reviews.
• Investigations and incident reviews.
• Staff training & re-training.
Team Contribution
• Pro-active support of Group Support Office team initiatives & solutions.
• Report progress observations & potential issues to management.
• Co-ordinate with other teams as needed and share technical skills or transfer knowledge.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
Corporate Social Responsibility
• Support the company CSR commitment and goals.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned by line Manager.

Qualifications
