IT Coordinator
An IT Coordinator oversees and executes IT projects, ensuring they run smoothly and align with our strategic goals. This role focuses on resource management, team coordination, and improving the efficiency of our technological operations, with a focus on supporting basic cyber security practices within IT projects  Responsibilities:  + Project Oversight: Project Oversight: Ensure timely execution of IT projects, including adherence to security standards, budget management, and status reporting.  + Resource Management: Manage project resources, including the purchase and storage of computer equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.  + Team Coordination: Coordinate team members, develop schedules, and assign individual responsibilities to optimize project efficiency.  + Strategic Implementation: Implement IT strategies that enable projects to be delivered on time and within budget.  + Process Enhancement: Utilize project management tools to track and improve current processes, enhancing future projects.  + Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for projects and internal processes to ensure potential issues are addressed proactively.  + Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain positive trust relationships with third-party contractors and vendors.  + Reporting: Produce accurate reports of IT operations and present them to management for strategic decision-making.  + Technological Solutions: Collaborate with project team members to identify solutions for improving technological operations.  + System Transition: Ensure a smooth transition from old technological systems to new ones, minimizing disruptions.  + Progress Evaluation: Continually assess project progress and make adjustments in strategy as needed to achieve project goals.  + Experience: IT Coordinator: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
