The Program Coordinator provides inventory procurement, management, distribution and logistics support for pre-market consumer electronics across the globe. We will equip you with everything you need to know to support our devices, as well as the skills you’ll need as a future Operations Professional. We are seeking motivated professionals eager to grow with a well established company for a rewarding and lucrative career in IT/Operations Support. This position reports directly to the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support Engineers and Product Managers on various Development Projects Respond to and fulfill requests for testing and development hardware Manage Testing Feedback, bugs, and discussion Groups Work with External Partners to develop hardware projects from prototype stage through market launch. Keep track of inventory with weekly cycle count scans Manage delivery of confidential devices to users and locations  

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience Proficiency with Gsuite (such as Google Cal/Docs/Slides/Sheets) Comfortable with Hardware specifications and knowledge of components Excellent organizational aptitude. Ability to manage multiple projects/stakeholders in parallel Ability to work well in a team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration Ability to work on a team with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

2 years relevant Coordination experience, preferably supporting Hardware or Software development. Experience with logistics and international shipping Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Applied Networking, or any other applicable technical degrees Strong customer service, organizational, communication, leadership background Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
