Working on the ISS Team, the IT Credentialed Trainer Intern acts as an instructional leader on our Technical Training Team. The Intern will educate a wide range of system users (from physicians to front desk representatives) on how to utilize different system technologies. The primary responsibility of an IT Credentialed Trainer is to act as an in-classroom presence during technical training modules, and to assist with the creation and revision of technical training materials. The IT Credentialed Trainer Intern responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Acting as an instructor to help train system users across Atlantic Health to utilize various technologies Shadowing EPIC Training with experienced IT Credentialed Trainers to learn how to support first-time EPIC users through the learning process Contributing to creation and revision of eLearning modules that provide technical training to AHS staff members Administrative tasks including but not limited to phone, email and virtual presentations  Assist in creation and validation of training tools which support the education of system users Follow established program and departmental policies, procedures, and technical standards; and related duties as assigned
