Kforce has a client in Tulsa, OK that is seeking an IT Customer Support Analyst.
Overview:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide essential customer support services for internal and external customers. This role involves troubleshooting IT support issues, analyzing procedural transactions to resolve issues, and collaborating with the escalation team and developers to address complex challenges. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work being done remotely (approximately 85%). Occasional on-site visits in the Tulsa area may be required.
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support through Service-Now incident management, resolving issues related to internal applications and systems
* Analyze procedural transactions to identify where issues occurred and provide solutions for remediation
* Collaborate with the escalation team and developers to resolve more complex issues
* Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures
* Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Perform daily troubleshooting and issue resolution on internal applications, offering assistance to others as needed
