IT Customer Support Representative

As an integral member of the Elitek diagnostics team, the Diagnostic Technician will execute diagnosis, programming, calibrations, and repair recommendations for vehicles located in various repair facilities. Your ability to effectively manage time and organize resources while also professionally interacting with Elitek Vehicle Services partners is essential.

Essential Job Duties:

Serve as a primary partner contact as needed within the service process, primary duties are completed in a remote/call center environment. Provide diagnostic and technical subject matter expertise in a customer service centric manner to each partner/customer. Provide first call final resolution to as many vehicle scans as possible, escalating when needed, but helping the customer complete the process and move the vehicle through their repair sequence. Educate our partner/customers on the impotence importance of diagnostic scans. Assist Elite Electronics Remote Technician with required diagnostic tests and in performing technical evaluations. Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules. Assumes other duties as assigned. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for resolving technical issues, such as connectivity problems, software malfunctions, or hardware failures. Participate in regular meetings to discuss customer feedback and product improvement opportunities. Assist customers with warranty claims and return processes related to defective vehicle interface units. Coordinate replacement or repair of faulty products as needed. Provide front-line and escalated support to customers experiencing issues with Remote device.
