Detailed Job Description:

Looking for someone to add to incident problem change metrics team. Responsible for producing different reports that range in audience from associates to board. Responsible for taking in data from multiple sources (primarily service now) and Data feeding into tableau to produce reports to show production stability of organizations environment. Strong Data Analysis and Data science skills (Some experience with ML/AI/NLP etc..) needed here. Specifically - data analysis breakdowns to identify trends/produce reports showing reports or drop rates, looking at groups of data and basic metrics- mean median mode, average, trend line, growth /drop rates. Tableau experience is needed here for creating various dashboards. Need Advanced Excel, Office 365, and PowerPoint presentation skills. Jira/Confluence and SharePoint experience is needed here. PowerApps experience would be a plus. Communication is key, needs to be able to explain and present data in an understandable way. ITIL/Change Management/Problem Management experience is needed here. Understand the metrics that are produced and gather requirements from stakeholders. Any Project Management/Scrum master work experience or related certification would be a huge plus PMP/CSM/PSM/SSM etc. Should have minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
