We are seeking a motivated IT Data Analytics enthusiast to join our end-to-end Storeroom Global team. As an IT Data Analyst Junior Manager, you will be responsible for the reporting area of our Smart Storeroom Digital Service, playing a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can contribute to our digitization journey by delivering accurate and actionable reports and visualizations.

As IT Data Analyst Junior Manager, you will

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product owners, and business analysts, to understand reporting requirements and data needs

Design, develop, and maintain data models, databases, and data integration processes to facilitate efficient and accurate reportingCollect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendationsDevelop and implement data visualization techniques, such as dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholdersIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and proactively investigate data quality issuesDocument data analysis methodologies, data models, and reporting processes for future referenceContribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis and reporting processes, actively participating in team discussions and retrospectives

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or Bachelors in any field and equivalent experience)A first experience as Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an IT or software development environmentUnderstanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and data modeling principlesData visualization tools knowledge (Power BI preferred)Familiarity with Azure Cloud services / KNIME / SAP is a plusAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyStrong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersSelf-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends in data analysis and reporting
