Summary 

 

Your position will be a key member of the Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery (GCID) organization. The primary focus of the team is to transform data into actionable insights that drive the best business outcomes and strengthen GCID's capabilities. The Reporting CoE is the trusted go-to resource for enterprise reporting and dashboard needs within GCID.

 

What you'll do


•    Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports for Cloud Operations and Financial Operations domains using SAP Analytics Cloud.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner organizations to understand their reporting requirements and design effective visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
•    Analyze possibilities of automation by extensive study of underlying data and provide detailed feasibility proposal.
•    Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
•    Provide consultation on data-driven solutions to leadership and business owners
•    Present use cases and reporting related updates to other colleagues in our Reporting Community of Practice.
•    Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of reporting solutions – perform data mapping, conduct data flow validation, and ensure clean and consistent data.
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics and reporting tools, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Reporting CoE's capabilities.
•    Responsible for the reporting governance and process documentations incl. WIKIs, SharePoint sites.

 

What you bring 


•    3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably in a cloud infrastructure or IT operations environment.
•    Strong proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud.
•    Knowledge in ServiceNow Reporting, ITSM, Cloud Operations, or Financial Operations are beneficial.
•    Proficiency in data modelling, data schemas (normalized, flat, star, snowflake, etc.), and JavaScript.
•    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and disseminate significant amounts of information concisely in reports and presentations.
•    Fast learner with the ability to manage quick turnaround times and work effectively with cross-cultural teams.
