IT Data & Process Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Data/Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, reporting, and process improvement, with the ability to work across multiple systems and tools. This role involves connecting data from various sources to visualization and reporting tools, as well as implementing innovative IT solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration and Reporting:

Connect and integrate data from various sources such as Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon, and other systems into visualization/reporting tools like Power BI, Domo, and Google Analytics.Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce, operations, and finance reports tailored to business needs.Implement and manage data middleware solutions to facilitate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for decision-making.

Process and Efficiency Improvements:

Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the organization.Research, learn, and implement new IT tools and services, such as MS Power Automate, Asana, Wrike, and others.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative solutions.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.Proven experience in data integration, reporting, and ETL processes.Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Domo, and Google Analytics.Familiarity with common e-commerce, operational, and financial reporting metrics.Hands-on experience with data sources like Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon, or similar platforms.Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT tools and technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automation tools such as MS Power Automate.Knowledge of project management tools like Asana or Wrike.Background in e-commerce or operational environments.Understanding of cloud-based data integration platforms.
