The ITSM Support and Quality Assurance team is seeking an IT Deliver Manager who will lead the team responsible for providing support and testing for ServiceNow modules used by Publix including Incident, Request, Change, and CMDB.   

Responsibilities:Lead a team of software and quality assurance engineers to provide daily support of our production environment and development teams. Work with development teams to build and deliver testing plans that ensure high quality releases. Plan, implement and test upgrades, patches, and security fixes. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and involve them in planning and problem solving. Ensure proper coordination between Technology and vendors. Oversee career growth and technical knowledge for associates that report to you. Work with ServiceNow to understand opportunities with their products and offerings.
