Summary: We are seeking an IT Desktop Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end-users in a networked environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service desk tickets, and ensuring seamless IT operations. Responsibilities: * IT Desktop Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for end-users * Respond to and manage service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution within established SLAs * Provide remote and onsite technical support for PCs, printers, and other IT equipment * Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripherals * Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure closure * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system * Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies, security protocols, and industry best practices * Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and deployments as needed
