HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTYour Role:
Maintains, analyzes, installs and resolves second level desktop computer and computing appliance issues for organization’s end-users, including (but not limited to) answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and/or troubleshooting procedures. Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects (ie. Assist in the design and configuration of a distributed computer system environment with appropriate hardware, operating system software, application software, and communication components to solve business/office requirements).Reports To:

High School Diploma/GED; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field.Required Experience:
2 years of job-related experienceRequired Certification/License/Registry:
Valid State Drivers' LicenseQualified candidates must provide a seven (7) year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles with no more than six (6) points and no indication of poor driving habits. The qualified candidate must be at least 21 years of age.NOTE: Use of personal vehicles is required. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their personal vehicle used in conjunction with their duties as an employee. TMH will reimburse the business use of a personal vehicle in accordance with procedures defined by the Internal Revenue Service. It is important to note that your personal vehicle will be used to provide service to fellow colleagues of TMH and NOT to paying customers.
