IT Digital E-Commerce Leader
Description We are seeking a skilled IT Digital E-Commerce Leader to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. As an integral part of our team, you will be primarily responsible for creating and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the online shopping experience and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: • Formulate a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, focusing on online marketing and customer engagement. • Manage and optimize the performance of e-commerce platforms to increase sales conversion. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the online shopping experience. • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. • Responsible for the e-commerce budget, setting sales targets, and ensuring profitability. • Keep the online product catalog updated and optimized for sales in collaboration with the Buying team. • Innovate e-commerce solutions by staying updated with industry trends. • Ensure all online transactions comply with legal, security, and regulatory requirements. • Recruit competent individuals to support the growth of the E-Commerce team. Requirements • Proven experience in e-Commerce, with a focus on developing and implementing e-commerce sales strategies. • Demonstrable knowledge in retail e-commerce, with a clear understanding of the digital retail landscape. • Proficiency in DTC (Direct To Consumer) models, with experience in managing and optimizing DTC initiatives. • Strong skills in digital analytics are required, with the ability to interpret and utilize digital data for business growth. • Proficiency in data analysis, with experience in using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. • Proven track record in leading digital projects, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, with the ability to leverage these for business advantage.
