The Role
As an IT Director, you'll play a pivotal role in steering the technological direction of Carnival UK and our ships, ensuring we continue to deliver unforgettable holiday happiness. Key accountabilities include
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day IT operations across ship and shore, ensuring efficient delivery of IT services and implementing best practices for IT service management (ITSM) and operational excellence Infrastructure Management: Implement and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including data centres, networks, connectivity, and cloud services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements, leading initiatives to modernize IT infrastructure and operationsJob Requirements
