As a member of the broader Information Technology (IT) organization within Gilbane, the IT Director is responsible for overseeing the technology and digital direction of the Gilbane Development Company (GDCo), ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business goals. This role involves managing the IT department, developing and implementing IT policies and products, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. The IT Director will work closely with senior management (both within the Business and IT organizations) to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business growth, value and efficiency.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Providence, RI and Richmond, VA this ranges from $183,000.00 - $245,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
