About the Company:

A leading manufacturing company in the GTA, known for innovation and quality, is seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee its IT strategy and infrastructure.

Role Summary:
The IT Director will manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system, Azure cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft data solutions, including Power BI, to drive business performance. This role involves leading a team, overseeing IT budgets, and making strategic technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business goals.
* Optimize the D365 ERP system, Azure cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft data solutions (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server) for scalability and performance.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize IT initiatives and investments.
* Manage IT budgets and resource allocation.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to the IT team.
* Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance.
* Stay updated on industry trends and recommend tech innovations.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years in IT management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
* Strong experience with D365 ERP management, Azure cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft data solutions (Power BI, SQL Server, etc.).
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex IT projects.
* Strong decision-making, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Power BI) are a plus.
