HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTYour Role:
Leads and oversees financial and third-party systems’ development, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support for Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH); ensures applications’ efficiency and effectiveness. Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and other stakeholders. Evaluates and enhances financial systems and processes continuously to improve efficiency, accuracy, and functionality. Leads a team of managers, team leads, system administrators, developers, and analysts. Develops and maintains a budget for financial third-party systems development. Analyzes, interprets, and reports financial data. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Communicates information timely via appropriate channels. Displays an understanding of diversity. Manages departmental budget. Meet goals/expectations established over the previous year.Manages human resources. Meets or exceeds all The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements. Solves problems; recommends sound solutions. Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYRequired Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related healthcare field.
Preferred Education: None.
Required Experience: Fifteen (15) years of IT healthcare experience in financial and third-party systems.
Preferred Experience
Extensive vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship building experience. Experience managing financial systems (preferably in a leadership role). History of successful project management and target/milestone achievement. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and industry best practices. Knowledge of financial systems related regulatory requirements and compliance. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills. Proficient in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Advanced analytical abilities. Advanced problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and organizational levels. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to drive process improvements and implement system enhancements. Results oriented. Keen eye for detail.
