Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong engineering background, ideally within a corporate IT environment. The ideal candidate will have started as a Salesforce lead and engineering lead, managing teams of 20 to 40 members throughout significant transformations. This role requires either a technical background or experience managing large teams, as well as enterprise-level executive experience. The candidate should be adept at solving business problems and have grown up in Salesforce, capable of discussing both business and technical aspects in various settings. An engineering background is essential, and a consulting background in program or delivery management is highly desirable. Experience working with large partners to deliver Salesforce products is crucial. Skills and Requirements Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce / Software Engineering strategy that aligns with the organization's transformation goals and objectives. Work closely with platform management, design, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions and alignment with business needs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure Salesforce / Custom solutions meet business requirements. Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and product quality. Oversee the optimization, customization, and configuration of the Salesforce platform to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications. Manage data integrity, quality, and security within our platforms. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related issues promptly.
