Which means we need an IT Director capable of inspiring their team of experts to continually raise the bar while installing, maintaining and backing-up key systems across the estate. **A little taste of your day-to-day** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: + Managing and monitoring all computer hardware to ensure systems are running smoothly – regularly reporting back to the board + Keeping up to date with all our approved systems and technology – from LAN to POS + Auditing IT performance, managing budgets and evaluating vendor proposals + Recruiting, coaching and managing your team of IT experts to drive exceptional standards + Safeguarding our IT infrastructure against cyberthreats **What we need from you** + Communication and customer service skills + Hands-on experience with brewing equipment + Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production + Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner + Possess the ability to work under pressure + Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability + Passion for coffee and coffee artistry + Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field + 4 years’ related experience with computer set-up and troubleshooting + Working knowledge of networks, operating systems and databases + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) + Great communication skills + You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure **What you can expect from us** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
