**What you’ll do:**
• The program starts in September 2025, with initial locations in Versailles.
• Program duration: Two years
• Rotations: Four unique six-month assignments across different IT functions
• IT functions: data science, project/product management, Continuous Improvement/OPEX, IT business analysis – depending on the country and business unit you join.
• Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
• Examples of roles within the Program: Data Engineering & Platform Admin, Continuous Improvement Coordinator, Front End Analyst, Business Analyst, Junior Architect, Integration Analyst, Program Analyst, Functional Analyst
**Qualifications:**
• Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in in System Engineering, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related by August 2025. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
• Work or internship experience gained in IT is a plus (max. 3 years of experience)

• Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks
• Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
