The leader is accountable to provide technology solutions aligned with the Business Unit strategy and objectives. They lead a team of managers, individual contributors along with provide matrixed leadership to IT COE teams providing technical services. Leader is actively involved in developing business aligned solutions, prioritizing resources, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance.
