Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic IT Engineer II to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work seamlessly with different teams, stay level-headed under pressure, and demonstrate exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities Invoicing/Billing: Manage and process invoices and billing for IT services and equipment. Service Procurement: Oversee the procurement of IT services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery. Mobile Device Management: Implement and manage mobile device policies and software to ensure security and compliance. Wireless & Wireline Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors providing wireless and wireline services. Fiscal Acumen: Display strong financial acumen in managing IT budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities SAP O365 Vendor Management Skills Self-Accountability Strong ability to multi-task Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Information Technology Some Accounting/Billing Experience Work Environment
