Teams at Qualtrics depend on SaaS applications to do their jobs every day. As we’ve grown, so has the number of critical systems and connections between them. Our Enterprise Architect owns the vision for how those systems work together and how we get the most out of them. We’re looking for an experienced architect who can develop that vision and help us realize it.

How You’ll Find Success

\n\nThinking big - As our Enterprise Architect, you’ll develop the vision for the IT landscape at Qualtrics. You’ll understand our strengths and opportunities, and you’ll drive the initiatives to get us closer to our north star.\nExcellent communicator - You’ll communicate your vision to teammates across the organization: system admins, business partners, and members of our executive team.  \nGrowth mindset - The application space changes rapidly. What worked last year, may not work this year. In this role, you’ll be excited to keep up with new developments across our systems landscape. We won’t always get it right the first time, and when we don’t, we’ll learn from it.\nKnow your stuff - You’ll know the best technologies, understand what systems work best together, and you’ll be able to advise our team on how to get the most out of our application stack. \n\n

Things You’ll Do

\n\nDrive our enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture, and solutions to support business objectives\nDefine and maintain the IT architecture North Star, our vision of the ideal future state\nDesign scalable, flexible, and secure architecture solutions to support the integration and interoperability of our critical SaaS systems\nEstablish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development and implementation of solutions on our SaaS platforms\nProvide guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to drive continuous improvement\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\nPrior experience as an Enterprise Architect\n10+ years of relevant experience\nBS degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, or a related field\nExperience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and ServiceNow is a plus\n\n

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
