Allegion is seeking an experienced IT M&A Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of critical initiatives for M&A Integration. Primary responsibilities include managing the planning, execution, and delivery of high impact projects with cross-regional and cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and, as needed, Application Solution Delivery. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative project leader who has relevant experience and is able to enjoy working in an energizing, dynamic environment. This role requires the ability to effectively lead and influence, provide visibility into targeted milestones and progress, drive delivery, and effectively manage risk and issue resolution for value realization. The role will report to Sr. Manager, Global IT PMO.

What you'll do:
 

Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiativesPartner with Security and Architecture representatives to ensure technical alignment of proposed solutionsWork with teams, including third parties, to create achievable delivery plansEnsure initiatives adhere to Global Portfolio Management process requirements and meet relevant entry and exit lifecycle gate criteriaFacilitate core and extended team activitiesProvide relevant project documentation and status reportingManage project scope and riskRemove impediments/guide the team to remove impediments by facilitating problem solving and alignment between team members and team members and other stakeholders.Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutionEnsure Business Value and Outcome targets are known and Value Realization is monitored where applicableWork closely with IT procurement in relation to purchase orders and invoice approval as neededThis role may assist in business analysis, requirements elicitation, sourcing and asset management activitiesOther duties as assigned

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.  

The expected Base Salary Range: $114,000 - $150,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
